It's easy, time effective, and reusable, so who can resist!
SUPPLIES
Thumb Tacks or Command Strips
Level Ruler
PLYWOOD SHEET - only required if you're not using a wall
Faux Flower Tiles - these are available at craft stores, such as Michael's, or your local faux flower shop.
These floral tiles come in many beautiful styles and colors to match any event!
STEPS
1- PREP YOUR SURFACE AREA on which the flower wall is going to hang. If you're using a wall, measure to decide how much surface area you'd like to cover, the placement, and the height of the flower wall. If using plywood, your surface is already prepped!
2- PLACE YOUR FIRST THUMBTACK or command strip in the first corner where you'd like the flower wall to start. The flower tiles we used have a grid back, which allows you to easily hang the mats from thumb tacks or command strips.
3- PLACE YOUR SECOND THUMBTACK approximately 14" from the first tack, as our flower mats are 15" squared. Use your level ruler to ensure your tacks are placed in a straight line.
4- HANG YOUR FLORAL MAT from the two thumbtacks. Voila! Your first one is up!
5- REPEAT THE PROCESS of placing thumbtacks and hanging the floral mats from the tacks until you've obtained the desired size you'd like for the flower wall.
Be sure to place the mats closely together to avoid seeing any seems. You can add in a few extra flowers and greenery to fill in any potential gaps as necessary.
VOILA! Easy as pie, just like we promised!
