The bridal industry has many color terms and variants, which is complicated further by online shopping! Most of our products are offered in White, Off-White, Ivory, Champagne, and some in Black. Please see our information here on coloring information and tips.
We do not recommend purchasing white unless you are sure your item is a true bright white ( which most gowns typically are not) as the white can have a stark contrast next to off white or ivory toned dresses, and can photograph almost blue. Off-White and Ivory options are more forgiving and match most dresses more seamlessly.
We accept exchanges on undamaged and unworn items in their original packaging within 15 days from purchase. Contact our customer service team before the 15 days at email@example.com to request an exchange. If you receive your item and it's been damaged in transit, please contact us promptly. Return shipping is at the expense of the customer.
Please note, customized or personalized items are final sale.
